Shale shaker control system
Our PLC control systems for mud shale shakers include inlet and outlet valves, and hydraulically operated screws. The human machine interface (HMI) is optimized to enable the intuitive control and monitoring of mud handling by operators located at a suitable location where HSE requirements are met.
Systems may include options for data communication interfacing with other components of the mud handling system and/or the Drilling Control Network (DCN).
If continued operation during an ESD situation is required, essential system components may be fully ATEX certified for operation in hazardous areas.
In order to minimize start-up time offshore, an extended test that includes all shakers and other relevant equipment (provided by customer) may be conducted at our facilities prior to delivery.
