pH monitoring and backflow re-direction units

The working principle of the unit is to measure fluid pH at the unit inlet. If the flowback fluid has a pH lower than a pre-set value, the fluid at the outlet is re-directed away from the process plant inlet. This is achieved using a piping arrangement that is long enough to cause a few minutes delay in flow from the inlet to the outlet of the unit and thus generate the time needed to re-direct the fluid.

Flow rate, pressure and temperature are also measured, and the data stored locally in a system equipped with multiple wired and wireless communication channels that can be used for third-party monitoring and reporting.
